Hi everyone! Following my previous post regarding death (if you haven’t seen that please check that one out now) I have discovered that readers enjoy posts like that one. So this week’s topic will be air, and what we can learn from it.
Did you know that Earth’s atmosphere is 78% nitrogen and the rest is other gases? Oxygen is the only one of these gases that we can breathe. It’s often something that we take for granted. Oxygen is so little in amount and yet it gives itself to us wholeheartedly for us to partake in its pleasures. So, air can teach us gratitude and generosity.
Also, there is the nature of air itself. Air is so carefree and innocent. Air flows and dips with the breeze. We can learn from air in this way as well. It can help us to understand letting go, be it of stress, an emotion or a memory.
Finally, air is constant and reliable. It can be your friend when you’re feeling alone; it can carry your laughs on its currents. Through the ever-changing cycle of life, air is always there. Air is a good friend and a wonderful life support.
Thank you for reading this post, and I hope you think some more about every breath you take. Let’s be grateful for air, and for all that it does for us.
Whoa! Nicely written!

Haha, this post reminded me of Avatar the Last Airbender and SNSD (SNSD is Girls Generation, a disbanded kpop group). Good memories :’) makes me happy cry. As someone who loves earth sciences and also your poetry style, this made my day, thank you so much.
