So, I’ve been spending a lot of time alone lately, and because of that, I’ve been thinking a lot about the value of friendship. Human beings are naturally social creatures, so friendship is something that is literally essential to our survival. During prehistoric times, we traveled in herds. And later, we formed communities. It’s a fact: Friendship is in every person’s blood.
A friend is someone who shares your joys, your troubles, and your wildest dreams. Friends revel in your happiness and provide a shoulder to cry on when you’re sad. A good friend will understand you so well that they just know what’s going on in your mind. A true friend is someone you feel comfortable with and enjoy talking to. I hope you, dear readers, are good friends to others.
Friendship is another one of those things that we take for granted, and it isn’t until we spend some time alone, without friends, that we realize why we need it so much. So please, please take the time to really appreciate your friends. Thank you for reading, and I hope reading this makes you a better friend to someone.
I love this post, probably one of my favorites along with the post about Death. Also i would appreciate it if you also included self love in this post. You can be your own friend. Also, I would really like to do a collab together if possible! Love your work!
